This was my second time needing Dr. Haley's services. He is friendly, kind to his patients and more than willing to give you his full attention. He explains what the procedure is and step by step what his is doing. He is more than happy to answer any questions you have. He wants you to feel confident in his services and is willing to do whatever he can to accomplish that goal. The staff is also extremely nice, caring and also happy to answer your questions.
