Dr. Jeffrey L. Culbreath

Dr. Jeffrey L. Culbreath is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon originally from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Dr. Culbreath received his Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2004 and graduated from the University Of Tennessee College Of Dentistry in 2008.
He accepted a commission as an Officer in the United States Navy after graduation and completed a General Practice Residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in June 2009. He then served as the General Dentist onboard the USS PONCE (LPD 15), where he completed two deployments to the Mediterranean Sea, the Gulf of Aden, and the Persian Gulf.
Dr. Culbreath went on to complete his 4-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia in June of 2015. Following residency, he served as a staff Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at Naval Health Clinic Charleston, Naval Hospital Beaufort, the 628th Air Force Medical Group, and Beaufort Memorial Hospital for 4 years while stationed in Charleston, South Carolina. He earned two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals during his 11 years of service.
Dr. Culbreath is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association and the Tennessee Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Outside of the office, he enjoys running, swimming, and golfing. He also loves cheering on the Tennessee Vols, the Tennessee Titans, and the Nashville Predators. With all of that said, his perfect day is hanging out with his wife, Lily, and their two sons Lewis and Conrad.
